As a B2B customer you get access to the B2B portal. After successful activation, you can log in to our website and use these functions:
- B2B online shop: After login, all prices in the online shop adjust automatically. In addition to the RRP of the products you will see your personal purchase price (based on your discount level). In your B2B online shop, you can order quickly and easily. With the quick function in the shopping cart, it is also possible to add products based on the item number.
- dealer account: In your dealer account, you can view your customer data (company data, dealer code, sales), your transactions (invoices, delivery notes, credit notes) and backorders. You can cause the change of your data as well as the cancellation or modification of backorders in your dealer account. If you need missing documents (e.g. invoices, cancellation invoices, credit notes), please contact our accounting department by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the document number, the document date and your customer number.
