You can collect, change and delete items in your shopping cart. By clicking on "add to cart" you can add an item to your shopping cart. You can open your shopping cart on each site by clicking on the shopping bag (top right). It provides an overview of the selected items, their delivery time and their price.
Only by clicking on "go to checkout" you are entering the actual order process. You can choose from the payment methods PayPal, Sofortüberweisung (Sofort.), credit card (Mastercard/VISA 3D-Secure) and prepayment. More information about the payment methods can be found here.
The shipping costs within Germany amount to €4.95 for standard shipping. From an order value of 100€ we deliver free shipping within Germany. The shipping costs abroad can be found in our shipping costs table.
If the article is available from stock, you will receive the goods within 1-3 working days (standard shipping within Germany). If the delivery date is specified as the calendar week, the delivery usually takes place at this time at the earliest. If the delivery date is being processed, we currently have no delivery date for this item. As soon as the delivery has been notified by the manufacturer, the expected delivery date is displayed online as a calendar week. Please note that in our online shop for private customers only articles that are available from stock can be ordered. When you have completed all the information in the ordering process and have given the necessary consent, you submit a binding order offer by clicking on "order with costs". Immediately after ordering, you will receive an automatically generated order summary by e-mail. By sending your order in the online shop, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking no. by e-mail. Partial deliveries will be forwarded free of charge.
