Case 1) You bought the accessory from FECHTER DRIVE
Please send us the following information by email to [email protected]:
- missing document (ABE booklet and / or KBA sticker)
- Your customer number
- your invoice number
- item number
We will send you the documents immediately.
Case 2) You bought the accessory from one of our dealers
In this case, you must report the absence or delivery of the wrong ABE booklet and / or KBA label to your dealer. Please send him the information mentioned in case 1). Unfortunately, we cannot deal with your request directly in this case.
