Case 1) You would like to complain / return products that you bought from FECHTER DRIVE


Please use our online service request to complain about a delivery / product and to apply for a return. Please note that complaints and returns can only be processed using this form.

Please document any damage and defects with meaningful pictures (total size: max. 20MB).

Our customer service will process your request immediately and inform you about the further course of your complaint or return.

Case 2) You would like to claim / return products that you bought from one of our dealers

Please contact the dealer from whom you bought the goods. Your dealer will be happy to take your complaint or return request and clarify the further procedure with you. Unfortunately, in this case the return cannot be processed directly via FECHTER DRIVE.
