Step 1):
Please check the dB-killer screws for correct seating and tighten them.
Step 2):
If necessary, secure them with heat-resistant Loctite. If the dB-killer still rattles after checking and securing the screws as described in step 1), please proceed as follows:
Case 1) You bought the item from FECHTER DRIVE
Please send us the following information / files by email to technik@fechter.de:
Copy of proof of purchase
Photo of the built-in dB absorber / s
Outside diameter of the dB absorber head (only if you can remove it)
Inner diameter of the silencer, at the point where the dB absorber is screwed on
- Copy of proof of purchase
- Photo of the built-in dB-killer/s
- Outside diameter of the dB-killer head (only if you can remove it)
- Inner diameter of the silencer outlet, at the point where the dB-killer is screwed on
As soon as we have all the information, we will check the problem and give you prompt feedback.
Case 2) You bought the item from one of our dealers
Please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product directly and send them the information / files mentioned in case 1). Unfortunately, we cannot deal with your request directly in this case.
