As the german general importer, you are welcome to order the entire range from ERMAX (www.ermax.com), NATIONAL CYCLE and ZTECHNIK (www.nationalcycle.com) from us.
Orders for products that we do not regularly have in our range are considered special orders and, depending on the manufacturer, have a delivery time of two to eight weeks (e.g. for ocean freight). Please note these special features of special orders:
- Special orders cannot be canceled, exchanged or returned. These are orders for products that are not part of the regular range and that are ordered or manufactured especially for you.
- It is possible that e.g. Windshields may not have an ABE (general operating license) and are therefore not permitted on public roads in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
If you would like to inquire about a special order, please send us the following information by email to Bestellung@fechter.de:
- full article number of the manufacturer
- exact information about the product including specifications such as Color or tint
- Your billing and delivery address
- Payment method: PayPal or prepayment (bank transfer)
As soon as have this information, our customer service will prepare an offer including price and delivery time for you. After acceptance of the offer and receipt of payment, the items will be ordered for you.
