Case 2) Spare parts that you cannot find in the online shop
In principle, it is possible to reorder all spare parts for your item as a special order. Please mark the required spare parts on the assembly instructions, the parts list or the explotion drawing and send them together with your request by e-mail to bestellung@fechter.de. Our customer service then creates an offer including price and delivery time for you.
If you do not have the assembly instructions with parts list or explotion drawing, you can easily download them from our website. You will find the assembly instructions in our download area under "fitting instructions". Alternatively, you can download the fitting instructions as PDF on the product details page in the online shop under "fitting instruction". Please note that such spare parts orders must always be made in writing as special orders, cannot be canceled and cannot be exchanged or returned for credit note. After acceptance of the offer and receipt of payment, the items are ordered exclusively for you from the manufacturer. Depending on the manufacturer, a delivery time of two to eight weeks can be expected.
