Case 1) You are a private customer


If you have already created a customer account, you can log in with your access data (customer number or e-mail and password) on our website and view your customer account. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the "Forgot password?" function that you will find at login.


In your customer account, you can view your transactions (invoices, delivery notes, cancellation invoices, credit notes and backorders), your payment methods and your customer data. You can change your data such as billing and delivery address, payment method or access data at any time via your customer account.

Case 2) You are a B2B customer


If you log in to our website as a B2B customer with your access data (customer number or e-mail and password), you will find an overview of your customer data, orders and your dealer code in the dealer account. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the "Forgot password?" function that you will find at login.


In your dealer account, you can view your transactions (invoices, delivery notes, cancellation invoices, credit notes and backorders), your sales and your customer data. If your customer data has changed, you can easily make these changes through the dealer account. Address changes are checked and accepted by our customer service. You will then receive a confirmation of the change. If your bank details or name chages, please inform our accounting department including your new bank details and where required your new VAT by mail to [email protected]. You can change your access data for the B2B portal yourself with immediate effect.


If you do not yet have access to the B2B portal, please inform us of the changes to your data by stating your customer number. If you wish to access the B2B portal, we will gladly set it up for you.
