Case 1) You are a private customer
As a private customer, you can return your article within 14 days (statutory period of revocation according to the terms and conditions) free of charge. Please use our online service request to register your return. Please note that returns can only be processed using this form.
Please document if necessary damage and defects with meaningful pictures (total size max. 20MB).
Our customer service will process your request immediately and inform you about the further course of your return. You will receive a return label, with which you can deliver your consignment for free in a GLS parcel shop in your area.
Case 2) You are a B2B customer
Please use our online service request for the complaint of a delivery / an article as well as for the registration of a return. Please note that complaints and returns can only be processed using this form.
Please document if necessary damage, and defects with meaningful pictures (max 5MB per attached file).
Our customer service will process your request immediately and inform you about the further course of your complaint or return.
