Case 1) You are a private customer

As a private customer, you can revoke the purchase contract within 14 days (statutory withdrawal period according to the terms and conditions).


If your order is already on the way or delivered, please use our online service request. Please note that returns can only be processed using this form.


If your order has not yet been sent, please send us the following information by e-mail to bestellung@fechter.de:

  • item number and quantity of the product to be canceled
  • your customer number
  • your invoice number

 

Please note that special orders can not be canceled. These are orders for products that are not part of our regular product range and that are ordered or made especially for you.


Case 2) You are a B2B customer


As a B2B customer, please log in with your access data in our B2B online portal. In your dealer account, you can view your backorders under "my orders" and change or cancel them with the "cancellation request" function.

You will receive a confirmation of the change or cancellation from our customer service as soon as it has been reviewed and processed. If you do not have access to the B2B online portal, you can tell us your cancellation request by e-mail to bestellung@fechter.de. Please note that changes and cancellations must always be made in writing.
