1. Shipping within Germany / EU shipping
If the article is available from stock, you will receive the goods within 1-3 working days (standard shipping within Germany). Shipping to other EU countries may take longer.
If the delivery date is specified as the calendar week, the delivery usually takes place at this time at the earliest. If the delivery date is being processed, we currently have no delivery date for this item. As soon as the delivery has been notified by the manufacturer, the expected delivery date is displayed online as a calendar week. Please note that in our online shop for private customers only articles that are available from stock can be ordered. With the function "e-mail, if available" you can be notified as soon as the desired item is available from stock. As B2B customer, you can order the item via the online B2B portal, by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax, and by phone. An order/backorder will then be created for you.

2. Shipping non-EU / third country

3. Shipping costs
Standard deliveries to private customers within Germany (1-3 business days) cost 4,95 €. From an order value of 100€ we deliver free of charge within Germany. The shipping costs for private customers abroad can be found in our shipping costs table.
